Special Event Services

From small get-togethers, such as wedding receptions to large public events, like fairs or charity events, Saguaro Environmental Services has the restrooms, boxes & liners, and roll-off boxes to haul away the waste generated.

Rates are dependent upon the services requested.  Variables such as the number of restrooms needed, frequency of service, the length of time needed and the amount of solid waste to be removed are taken into consideration. 

• Equipment is generally delivered on a Friday and removed on a Monday, unless the event takes place during the week, in which case accomodations can be made.
• Saturday and Sunday service is available at an extra charge.

Payment Terms and Conditions

Special Event Services are billed on a monthy basis, in arrears (after service has been provided). For new customers, with no payment history with Saguaro Environmental Services, an advance payment is required.  Arrangements can be made with the Customer Service Department at (520) 745-8820.

• Payments are due in 20 days.
• A $35.00 late fee will be assessed for any invoices over 30 days.
• Services will be halted at 60 days past due.
• Accounts will be closed and sent to collections at 90 days past due.
