Your household waste and recyclables are safely collected and responsibly transported to various disposal facilities by our residential collection workers.
Our automated collection system improves efficiency and keeps costs in check. Automation also makes handling household trash easy, neat and hassle-free for our residential customers. Automated trucks have a mechanical arm that wraps around a trash cart and empties the cart's contents into the top of the truck.
We service residential locations outside the Tucson City limits, as well as Green Valley, Sahuarita, Vail, Oracle, Oro Valley and Marana. Rates vary depending on the need for once or twice a week service, the number of 95-gallon containers needed as well as the need for recycling. Service
Residential curbside service with a 95-gallon container furnished by our Company is provided on a once or twice a week basis. Curbside recycling is available in most areas. For information on curbside recycling click here.
- Curbside service is 0 feet from the curb, or the
edge of the street if no curb exists.
- Your cart must be out by 6:00 a.m. to avoid being missed.
- Do not pack the container too tight or overload the cart.
- Refuse must be level with the top of the cart, not overflowing.
- Home compacted garbage needs to be in plastic bags and placed inside the cart. For any items outside the cart, please call for an extra pickup. An additional fee will be applied to your account.
- Carts are for household trash only.

Unacceptable Items
- Furniture, mattresses and appliances
- Rock, dirt, brick, tile, stucco, concrete and construction debris
- Landscape debris (outside the cart)
- Hazardous Waste
Payment Terms and Conditions
Residential services are billed on a quarterly basis, in advance of service. Fuel, environmental and administrative fees will be added to the invoice as separate line items. For new customers with no payment history with Saguaro Environmental Services, a 3-month advance payment and a $25.00 startup fee is required prior to delivery of container.
- Payments are due upon receipt.
- Any unpaid balances at 90 days will result in a $25.00 late fee and service interruption. Balances to be paid in full prior to service reinstatement.
- Unpaid balances at 120 days will be forwarded to an outside collections agency.
